About Dr. Sarah Cubr PT, DPT, OMPT

Dr. Sarah is a physical therapist who earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2016, followed by an additional two years of specialized training in orthopedic manual physical therapy (OMPT). This advanced specialization equips her to deliver hands-on treatments, including targeted muscle massage, stretching, and safe joint and spine manipulations.

With a deep passion for empowering her patients to achieve their goals, Dr. Sarah combines her expertise with a holistic approach to care. Her extensive background in sport-specific training, rooted in her experience as a collegiate basketball player, empowers her to effectively support patients looking to enhance their functionality, whether they are working out at the gym or competing at the Division 1 level. Dr. Sarah deeply values family and is committed to helping patients return to the activities they love with their loved ones. Dr. Sarah lives in Commerce Township and enjoys vacationing with her wife, family, and their two dogs. She also has a strong commitment to giving back to the community, particularly through volunteering with animal rescues.
