About Dr. Lee Simon, PT, DPT, OMPT
Lee earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in 2012 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in 2015. With a deep interest in human movement and rehabilitation, he has pursued advanced training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT)—a specialization that emphasizes hands-on techniques to restore joint and soft tissue mobility, reduce pain, and improve function.
Lee provides individualized, manual-based care for a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. He believes in a tailored approach that combines OMPT techniques with movement retraining and functional strength work to help patients reach their goals efficiently and safely.
He is certified in dry needling, which he uses as a targeted technique to address muscular dysfunction and pain. Lee is also Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified, equipping him with specialized expertise in golf fitness and rehabilitation. His tailored golf rehab programs focus on movement quality, swing mechanics, and injury prevention to help golfers play better and longer.
